People
Founded by Managing Director Cathryn Fox in 1987, Objective Computing Limited was incorporated in 1988.
Finance Director and business strategist, Jerry Owen, brought senior executive expertise from a highly successful international career. Simon Kalp, a Microsoft Guru and well respected technical expert, joined in 1990. Robert Galley added pragmatism, business nous and considerable technical expertise in 1996.
Objective is a company which has grown organically from a single person to the team of experts it is today.
Objective has a loyal staff with over 80% being with the company in excess of five years.

Reed Business Information (RBI) has been working with Objective since 1991, when Objective helped it save over 90% of its data communications costs and reduce its error rates from over 50% to under 1% by moving the company from modem based technology to ISDN. In 1997, Objective wrote RBI’s first electronic publication, Utility Week, and still today Objective works with some of RBI’s excellent on-line publications including EGi, ICIS and What Media.
Asdem, an independent oil industry consultancy, has worked with Objective since 1990. Actuaries,

Microsoft Accreditations
Objective has been an accredited specialist in Microsoft technologies since 1992, when it achieved
Microsoft Specialist Centre and
Microsoft Specialist Network Centre.
In 1995 Objective held Microsoft's first Computer Telephony Integration Conference in Europe with speakers from BT Labs, GPT, Dialogic, Objective Computing and Microsoft drawing several hundred delegates and raising over £2000 for SENSE.
In 1996 it was awarded Microsoft Exchange Back Office Specialist status, having promoted and installed Microsoft Exchange since 1994.
In 1997 Objective became a Microsoft Knowledge Management Partner and in 1998, a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider Partner - one of only 75 in the country.
In 2000 Objective became Microsoft’s first Gold Certified Partner in the UK for e-commerce and second world-wide. Objective was also a launch partner for Microsoft Smart Tag Applications.
In 2003, Objective gained a second Gold Certified Status in Information Worker (Collaborative) Solutions and then in 2006 Objective was Microsoft’s launch Gold Certified Partner for Custom Development Solutions.
In 2009, Objective's CrystalClear Web system was Microsoft Certified.
