Customer Satisfaction Rating

Objective achieves well above average on Microsoft's Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The overall satisfaction score, customer loyalty segmentation score and revenue impact scores were all an astounding 100% - well above the Microsoft Partner Average of between 80% and 90%.

Overall loyalty scored 91% compared to a Microsoft Partner Average of 84% and the strict criteria for overall performance scored 75% as against a Microsoft Partner Average of 64.5%.
