Objective IT is thrilled to be awarded Microsoft Gold Competency in Application Integration and Silver in Application Development from the Microsoft Partner Network.
With over 64,000 partners in Microsoft Corporation’s channel, only 5 percent of partners worldwide can distinguish themselves with a competency and having attained this high degree of proficiency. To earn a Microsoft Gold Competency, organisations must complete a rigorous set of tests to prove their level of technology expertise, have the right number of Microsoft Certified Professionals, submit customer references and demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction by participating in an annual survey.
The results of the most recent survey revealed that Objective surpassed Microsoft Key Performance Indicator (KPI) benchmarks for quality, value, the ability to meet customer needs and technical competency of staff. Additionally full marks were achieved in the customer satisfaction survey with comments such as “technically competent,” “friendly and flexible attitude,” “great ability to provide tailored solutions to data or organisational problems from a concept or idea.”
The survey revealed that based on their experience with Objective 100 percent of the customers sampled would recommend Objective to a friend or colleague looking for application integration and development.
“Hooray!” said Cath Fox founder and Managing Director of Objective, she continued “We’re are delighted to achieve the recognition of Gold Certified Partner status. This endorsement, which proves our technical expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction, gives new clients added confidence that we can exceed their expectations to deliver brilliant tailor-made software solutions.”
